Disregarded People (2013) – Storyline/Plot:

An out-of-work truck driver named Yuusuke Mamiana returns to his hometown where he’s met with suspicious disdain from everyone except a young woman named Kyoko Okabe. She has a large bruise-like birthmark on her cheek and also happens to be the only person willing to greet Yusuke with a smile. After aggressively pursuing Kyoko and almost raping her, the sex-obsessed Yusuke settles for something resembling a more traditional relationship. However, it soon becomes apparent the two have very different ideas of how to attain happiness.
